When a buyer pays for a service, the funds are held by Aspect Agency. The seller only receives payment after both parties confirm the work is complete. If there's a dispute, our team reviews the case and makes a fair decision based on the contract terms and chat history.

We charge 5-10% per transaction depending on deal size. Under €1,000 we take 10%. Over €1,000 we take 5%. There are no upfront fees, no monthly subscriptions, and no hidden costs. You only pay when you make a deal.

If a seller fails to deliver, the buyer can dispute the deal. Our team reviews the chat history, contract terms, and any deliverables. If the seller is at fault, the buyer receives a full refund from escrow. Sellers who repeatedly fail to deliver are removed from the platform.

Before work begins, either party can cancel freely. Once work has started, cancellation requires mutual agreement. If both parties agree to cancel, funds are returned to the buyer minus any work already completed.
